Travel Bug Threads - Refund Policy

We want you to feel completely happy with your Travel Bug Threads purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help! Our 30-day return policy means you have plenty of time to reach out and start the return process.

How Returns Work

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Ready to start a return? Just email us at support@travelbugthreads.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on where to send your package. Please note, we can’t accept items that are sent back without first requesting a return.

Damages or Issues? We’ll Make It Right!

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know right away! Email us with the details, and we’ll get to work resolving the issue so you can focus on your next adventure.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? The quickest way to get what you want is to return the original item, and once your return is accepted, place a new order for the right item. Easy peasy!

Refunds

As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind it may take your bank or credit card company a little extra time to process and post the refund.
